Seed Vitalisation Technology
|
Our seed vitalisation technology will allow for the production of
the world's healthiest and most nutritious nut, grain and legume
based food products ever to be made available.
Some of the types of products capable of being produced include dips, snack/health
bars, spreads, breads and even fresh raw products that are
completely edible.
General Overview
All seeds (nuts, grains, legumes or otherwise) when raw contain
naturally occurring inhibitors which bind up all of the nutrients in
them. However,
these inhibitors greatly inhibit the human body from being able
to digest the nutrients in the seeds, especially if the seeds are
consumed raw.
This then results in the human body having to utilise highly
excessive amounts of intestinal flora to help digest the seeds.
However, in doing so, many digestive system related problems
occurring – including, but not limited to, excessive flatulence,
digestive cramps, bloating, constipation and excessive digestive
fluids (lending to reflux and other similar problems).
Although cooking seeds does help breakdown a lot of the digestion
inhibitors in them, this process is not only inadequate but it also
destroys many of the nutrients in the seeds. What's more, cooking
also causes many nutrients to mix together and form new substances,
many of which are well known to be quite harmful to the human body.
Furthermore, cooked foods in general are also known to be
quite difficult for the human body to digest – due to, among other things,
the loss of their natural enzyme content, thus resulting in our bodies having
to try to replace these lost enzymes.
Many varying details as to how to deactivate and/or remove the
digestion inhibitors in seeds so as to make the nutrients in the them
more easily digestible by the human body have been previously
established and published. However, it has not yet been
fully established or published as to the full and complete process
involved and required to completely deactivate and/or remove all the
digestion inhibiting substances found in seeds so as to make them completely bioactive
and bioavailable within the human body.
Although there are currently some brands in the marketplace which market nut products that have been
processed utilising some or all of the currently known and available knowledge, these
products, inaccurately referred to as 'Activated Nuts' and 'Activated
Seeds', are also dehydrated so as to extend their shelf life and/or further
make the seeds more fully processed (and, as such, these products
are actually no longer "Activated" and thus why we claim they are
inaccurately referred to as such). In many instances, the dehydration
of the products is also incorporated so as to help make the seeds more
palatable.
As a result of much research and development, we have now established the
complete process for reanimating the nutrients in seeds so as to make
them readily available to the normal and proper digestive processes
and other general biological parameters within the human body. Our proprietary technique (or Platform
Enabling Technology) not only sets out what
actually works but also the standards for these processes.
Essentially, our completed process fills in all the 'missing links'
that were previously yet to have been discovered and provides an
enabling platform that can be utilised with any type of seed.
What's more, our
method does not include nor require any kind of dehydration or other
'cooking' type process – as such, we should also point out that this
also makes our technology a 'greener' and therefore more environmentally
friendly alternative.
Our proprietary processing method comprises of the fully completed
process required to fully reanimate and vitalise any type of seed, and,
thus, allowing for the full unlocking of the nutrients (including vital
enzymes) contained in seeds. This, in turn, therefore allows for the
full and proper digestion of a seed's nutrients by the human body.
Thus, our process actually makes the seeds fully bioactive and
bioavailable in relation to the human body (even far more so that what
sprouts are).
It is also important to note that we do not use any kind of harmful or
dangerous substances in our processing method nor do we utilise any kind
of direct genetic manipulation or other perceivably controversial means.
Yes, we do genetically manipulate the seeds so as to make them
release all of their inhibitors, however, our process is 100% safe and
utilises 100% natural processes and substances.
Our processing method also greatly increases the
palatability of seeds – even to the point of making many varieties far
more appealing to those who would not otherwise enjoy the consumption of
such.
Once our processing method is completed, seeds become naturally
soft and moist, their flesh changes to a more appealing look and colour and their natural flavours
come out in full vigour.
Product Capabilities
Our seed vitalisation platform enabling technology allows for the
production of the world's healthiest and most
nutritious seed based products ever to be made available.
These products
include a range of packaged raw (yet actually fully alive
and active) nut products and other
nut based products (such as dips and snack bars). Our technology can
also be utilised to improve upon many grain and legume products already currently on the market (in that they
can now be produced to be fully alive, active and far more
nutritionally superior).
Having said all of this, seeds that have been vitalised using our processing method can
either be consumed completely raw and as they are or they can be
further processed to produce various other end products, such as spreads, dips, breads, snack bars, and health
bars.
Furthermore, many other products will also be able to be enhanced in
respect to their processing methods and/or flavour. For example,
coffee beans will be able to be processed using our technology so as
to enhance their flavour and without any or as much roasting.
Another example is that of chocolate in that by using our processing
method for cocoa beans they will no longer need to be fermented for
a week or more to bring out their flavours.
Therapeutic Applications
Due to the ease of digestion of our products, it is believed that our
vitalised seed products will also serve to help with various
digestion related illnesses and general bodily dysfunction.
As such, it is envisaged that our products will have major
therapeutic benefits in relation to various
gastrointestinal/nutritional conditions.
The types of conditions we believe our products will help include
those such as: Gastrointestinal
Tuberculosis; HIV related malabsorption; Cystic Fibrosis; Pancreatitis;
Pancreatic Cancer (and other types of cancers); Crohn's Disease;
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS); Diverticular Disease; and Dyspepsia.
