Advanced Hydrocolloids
|
Utilising our
Potentiated Electrolysis manufacturing technology as well as
some other specific ingenuities, we are capable
of producing Advanced Hydrocolloid products.
Thus far we have developed a highly
potentiated colloidal silver based range of products.
The advanced colloidal silver based product range utilises our
Potentiated Electrolysis manufacturing technology combined with
the addition of a stabiliser into the brewing process
(for more effective and efficient brewing) as well as other active
ingredients into the brewed colloid itself (for increased overall
antimicrobial, antiviral and general therapeutic effects).
General Overview
Colloidal silver has a long and well established reputation for
being able to safely kill many different types of harmful microbes
and viruses.
In fact, until some flawed product concepts were
linked to various health problems, colloidal silver was even very
commonly used in most all hospitals.
With lessons learned and plenty of time for the public to forget
about these past incidences, more and more silver based products are
now coming onto the market each
and every year due to an ever increasing consumer awareness of the capabilities
of colloidal silver products.
However, there are unfortunately still a number of
commercial viability issues that make the end products far too expensive and/or far too
ineffective. And, as such, these issues are substantially inhibiting
both the diversification and the growth of the marketplace.
One of the biggest drawbacks of current products is that the
production methods used are not generally capable of producing a product that
is both highly concentrated and highly effective. As such, most all
products currently on the market are low strength and therefore require a substantial amount
to be used in order to be highly effective. What's more, being of
low strength also makes the products highly unsuitable for topical
applications and other similar highly isolated applications.
Another major issue is that most current mass production methods take around 16 hours or more to produce 1
relatively small batch of colloidal silver,
thus requiring a quite numerous amount of very expensive
manufacturing equipment in order to be able to produce in very high volumes.
Another major drawback is that the products are very heavy and bulky,
thus making them very expensive to package and distribute as well as
making them very expensive to purchase at the consumer level.
Although there are a number of products on the market that attempt
to address one or more of the aforementioned issues, and thus
provide a cheap, effective and compact product range, few have
actually been very successful. This has been mainly due to their methods
resulting in problems with decreased effectiveness and/or increased
risks of adverse effects.
After much research and development we have discovered a novel
production method that:
- utilises our
Potentiated Electrolysis manufacturing technology combined with
an added stabiliser that, together, substantially increases
electrolysis efficiency and effectiveness – thus reducing production time to just
1 hour and 20 minutes;
- produces a relatively much higher
concentration of silver particles and without any agglomeration or
other instability occurring;
- produces a relatively much higher
electrically charged end product;
- includes the addition of natural active ingredients that
stimulate the immune system's responses to
harmful microbes and viruses;
- has a relatively longer shelf life due to
the both the production method and the additional active
ingredients;
- costs only a few cents more per litre to
produce;
- produces an end product that, due to its
higher concentration and overall higher effectiveness,
can be sold in much smaller in volumes, thus making it not only cheaper to package and
distribute but also cheaper in price for consumers; and
- produces an end product that, due to its
higher concentration and overall higher effectiveness, is far more superior to and far more
versatile than any other products currently on the market.
Product Concepts
We can supply the end product directly as a pure
liquid product to both consumers and other product manufacturers or use it to produce many other types of products
in-house, such as:
- household, industrial and hospital disinfectants;
- internal and external antiseptics and
antibiotics (including products such as acne cleansers);
- encapsulated colloidal silver gel (or
similar) for internal use (this will be for people who do not like
the taste of the liquid products, for giving more accurate dosages
and for mere user convenience);
- antimicrobial wound care and protection
products (including products such as adhesive dressings, bandages and aftershaves);
- antimicrobial products for operative
applications; and
- antiviral products.
These products can be produced as
creams, lotions and liquid gels. Furthermore, the products can be
made to be used as topical, ingestible or spray applications.
We have also developed a method of making many of our products
(especially our creams, lotions and liquid gel products)
approximately 6 to 8 times even more concentrated. Essentially, what
this means is that we can concentrate the silver content of 1 litre
of regular colloidal silver into a product that is around just 150 millilitres.
As such, these products can be made even more lightweight and potent, thus making
them even more cheaper to package and distribute as well as being
cheaper in price for consumers yet overall much more highly effective
(especially for topical and surface applications).
Many of these products can also be combined with other relevant
active ingredients and technologies so as
to not only give specific antimicrobial and antiviral effects for
specific product concepts but, where applicable, to also give greater overall effects
in general.
It is our belief that our products will help to not only serve the
growing concerns of resistant microbes but to also serve as a
solution for unmet needs such as food poisoning and gastroenteritis.
