Our Metabolic Amplification Platform Technology
|
Due to the very broad nature of the underpinnings of
our discoveries and developments thus far, it is important to note that the ongoing
outcomes being established impact on a very vast array of aspects
relative to just about every industry sector, including from the
most basic of R&D processes through to how end products and services
are utilised.
However, due to our current financial, legislative and other general
restrictions the best avenue for further research, development and
application has been in relation to that of the field of therapeutic
substances.
As such, we have been developing a therapeutics based platform
technology that incorporates all of
our new discoveries to be able to substantially enhance the
capabilities of treatment methodologies.
Our Metabolic Amplification Platform Technology
Essentially, almost all medical conditions are the result of one or
more of 3 main contributing factors. These 3 factors are: 1)
dysfunctional cell receptors; 2) unbalanced biochemical systems; and
3) mutated gene sequence attributes.
Due to
our breakthrough findings and the ongoing further research and
development that we have been conducting we now behold the knowledge
of how to develop
treatments to rectify any of these factors as they
relate to just about any known human medical condition!
In essence, what we have discovered is that there are a number of key
systems at the most primary levels of biological functioning in the
human body (including at a genetic level) that control how literally
any substance is assimilated into and utilised by the human body.
As such, this information has allowed for a revolutionary new
Metabolic Amplification Platform Technology to be commenced to be
developed that caters for the discovery and development of numerous
highly advanced and safe
treatments.
Our breakthrough Metabolic Amplification Platform not only ensures
that the human body utilises substances far more safely but also far
more effectively and far more efficiently. In fact, by utilising
our
new discoveries and developments most all side effects and other
general complications and inadequacies can be greatly controlled
and/or minimised, and, in many instances, even completely
eradicated.
All this, in turn, means that, due to this new knowledge, the time
frames, regulatory formalities and costs associated with fully
developing
new treatments to commercial roll out (as well as that of
many of the other new technologies that will evolve) can now be
substantially reduced.
In fact, after initial discussions with regulatory consultants, we are
confident that most
new treatments will now take around just 3 to
5 years to fully develop and commercialise – compared to the current
average industry time frame of a very lengthy 9 to 15 years!
At the end of the day, what all of this means is that much cheaper,
better and safer therapeutics can be produced.
New Capabilities In Biological Control
As a subsequence of
our breakthrough discoveries as a whole we are now
rapidly developing the ability to actually program protein
synthesis, pathway metabolism, cell receptor activity and so on in a
manner much the same as that in which computer programmers program
the various levels of functioning within a computer!
Hence, what we are now able to do is:
- recalibrate dysfunctional cell receptors so
as to inhibit medical conditions that relate to such (such as
autoimmune diseases, addictions, certain neurological problems,
diabetes, and so on);
- re-establish properly balanced biochemical
systems so as to inhibit medical conditions that relate to such
(such as certain types of heart and brain diseases, certain types of
gout, many immune deficiencies, and so on); and
- in most all instances suppress or
completely inhibit mutated genes so as to inhibit medical conditions
that relate to such, and, in many instances also re-program the
mutated gene sequences and specific SNP’s (Single Nucleotide
Polymorphisms) so as to inhibit and protect against the medical
conditions (all of which relates to conditions such as many types of
cancers, metabolic disorders due to reduced gene expression rates,
and so on).
What's more, the technology can actually be utilised from the extremely
early stages of foetal development right through to very old age.
Furthermore, the technology can also be utilised at any stage of
life for many different types of general biological enhancement.
The following are examples of how these 3 methods of biological
control as well as our technologies in general can be utilised to
produce more effective, efficient and safer treatment outcomes:
1. Cell Receptors
One of the most primary breakthrough discoveries we have made is that
of establishing how to recalibrate cell receptors that have become
dysfunctional due to receptor hypertrophy and hyperplasia so as to
inhibit medical conditions that relate to such (such as autoimmune
diseases, diabetes, drug addictions and so on). What's more, this
same know how can also be utilised to increase cell receptor
activity levels for the purposes of many types of general biological
enhancement.
Furthermore, we have also even discovered how to silence many genetic
mutations using receptor agonists and/or antagonists so as to
inhibit the symptoms and general pathogenesis of medical conditions
relative to cell receptor dysfunction.
As a further extension of these new understandings we have also
discovered that many of the problems associated with therapeutic
substances are caused by these substances not being properly
assimilated into their relative cell receptors.
As such, we have now also established how to assimilate any substance
into its correctly associated cell receptors with 100% accuracy!
What this means is that the assimilation methods of currently
utilised therapeutics can be altered to allow them to properly bind
to their intended cell receptors whilst any new substances can be
readily developed with the proper and accurate cell receptor
assimilation already in consideration.
What's more, many substances that showed great promise but either
did not make it very far through the development cycle or were
dropped quite far into the development cycle due to any of the
common and/or uncommon and/or even unexplainable problems can be
reassessed to determine if the issues involved were simply due to
the substances not being properly assimilated into their relative
cell receptors. And, as such, many of these substances can then be
resurrected and fully developed into viable therapeutics.
Furthermore to all of this, we have also discovered that some of
our
newly discovered metabolic networks are designed to target very
limited and highly specific types of cell receptors. As such, many
new receptor targets can be established along with the development
of many new therapeutics for these new targets.
2. Recycling Pathways & Metabolic Balancing
It is well noted and accepted that, due to the metabolic manipulation
involved with many therapeutic substances, many metabolites and waste
products can and usually do build up to toxic levels which, in
themselves, can and usually do cause many other problems.
As an extension of
our main discoveries we have uncovered that
components of metabolic waste products can be extracted and recycled
back into the pathways and general biological systems that require
them so as to further enhance and/or extend therapeutic methods and
targeting.
As such, we have now established how to utilise numerous newly
discovered and already established recycling systems and their
control mechanisms so as to both enhance and extend therapeutic
capabilities. What's more, we have also discovered that these recycling
systems can and do, under very specific circumstances, also act as
substitutes for other primary metabolic pathways and signal
transduction systems.
However, there are a number of genetic and epigenetic factors that
must be pre-established before these recycling and substitute
metabolic systems and networks will come into play – thus why
other scientists currently have not be able to, and will not been able to, readily or
easily establish the same outcomes in their laboratories.
In fact, it is important to note that even if anyone in the industry
or scientific community in general were to start working out aspects
of the breakthroughs discussed on this website – and regardless of
whether or not they were actually aware of the information on this
website – the findings would not be able to be properly implemented
without the knowledge of our delivery method and other pertinent
aspects that we have been discussing.
Though it varies depending on each individual case, the capabilities
of our newly discovered recycling systems can be utilised as isolated
methods and/or in synergism with other substances and methods.
Having said all of this, our investigations into many already
established treatments in relation to these recycling systems and
their control mechanisms have thus far demonstrated significant
potentiation and longevity of these treatments, as well as
substantially reducing most all relevant side effects and toxicity
rates.
Furthermore, our investigations into recycling pathways and metabolic
homeostasis have also demonstrated that major improvements to already
existing treatments can be achieved through combination therapy. It
is important to note that this can and will be especially useful for
circumstances requiring that 'extra edge' and/or a reduction in
ill-effects and/or in relation to medical conditions that require
substantially lengthy and ongoing treatment.
Yet again, our initial investigations into this kind of combination
therapy have thus far demonstrated significant potentiation and
longevity of such treatments as well as substantially reducing many
relevant side effects and toxicity rates.
Furthermore, our newly established knowledge concerning recycling
pathways can also be utilised in general to help re-establish
properly balanced biochemical systems so as to inhibit medical
conditions that relate to such (such as certain types of heart and
brain diseases, certain types of gout, many types of immune
deficiencies, and so on) – and whether induced by particular types of
treatment methods, genetic predispositions, poor diet or any other
relevant circumstance.
3. Genetic Mutations & System Dysfunctions
Although there is still much room for further investigation, we have
been able to establish that our breakthroughs as a whole are capable of
silencing mutated gene sequences and specific types of SNP’s (Single
Nucleotide Polymorphisms) whilst also being able to amplify the
necessary gene expressions required to inhibit medical conditions
and the general biological systemic dysfunctions that relate to such
(such as certain types of cancers, reduced gene expression rates
resulting in the poor metabolism of certain substances, and so on).
Furthermore, in many instances, long term ongoing treatments can
also be devised that will, over time, result in genetic and general
systemic biological changes that will protect against relevant medical
conditions either occurring or reoccurring. What's more, these
changes can also protect
against related and other new conditions arising.
It is important to note that these capabilities actually relate, in many
instances, to established knowledge and/or proposed theories
surrounding these kinds of capabilities.
With the science community's ongoing investigations into fields of
study such as
nutritional genomics, personalised medicine and
preventative health we are slowly – but surely – adding more and more
to our genetic silencing and reprogramming knowledge and
capabilities.
Furthermore
It is also important to note that, by combining all of this
knowledge together, and where the diagnosed need is ascertained, dosage
rates can also usually be increased substantially past currently
prescribed rates yet without any toxicity or other ill-effects
occurring. What's more, in many instances dosage levels can actually
be substantially reduced yet with the same or better therapeutic
affects.
To most, this kind of technological know how would probably seem
extremely 'high tech' and difficult to understand and therefore
quite difficult to put into practice. However, the later is not
true. In fact, although the underlying technological know how is
quite high tech, the end products that people will be utilising to
treat their problems are relatively quite easy to understand and
follow. Furthermore, for the most part the treatments simply involve
'popping pills' just like with any other type of medicine based
treatment.
We also strongly believe that
our treatments will greatly serve to substantially
minimise the need for surgical and other highly invasive or risky
procedures.
Essentially, the reason that the mechanisms we have been researching
and forming our developments around have such a profound and vast
impact is due to the fact that, as mentioned earlier, the mechanisms
operate at very primordial levels of functioning within both the
human genome and the human body in general.
We Are But Mere Computer-Like Biological Machines
All in all, the general ability to recognise, boost, manipulate and
cater for the expressions of any biochemical system as well as that
of any relative general biological system within the human body
coupled with the ability to generally control production,
utilisation and directional flow rates of biochemical constituents
has been established.
One way of looking at all of our new understandings and capabilities
is that of imagining, completely hypothetically, that there are,
say, 10
levels of control mechanisms and systems within the human genome and
metabolic expression, and, that, it could be said, the industry is
currently working at about level 3 within this hierarchy whereas the
level our discoveries work at are at about level 8.
Furthermore, the levels that we are working within are also subdivided
into grouped systems with individual yet highly coordinated control
mechanisms that function both independently and, as required,
cooperatively with each other to both enhance and better manage
overall biological functioning.
Thus, the systems, mechanisms and so on we are working with are at a
far greater primary level and thus control not only the systems,
mechanisms and so on currently being utilised by the industry but
also many, many other systems, mechanisms and so on within the human
body and its general biological functioning that, at present, are
not currently known and/or understood by the scientific community.
And, we are slowly – but surely – bridging the (hypothetical) gap between level 3 and
level 8 thus paving the way for many more extraordinary new
understandings and accomplishments, and, therefore, making our current already
established understandings and accomplishments literally only the
tip of the iceberg for what is to come in both the near and ongoing
future.
Having said all of this, our research and development is also focused
on novel understandings and application of specific mechanisms of
gene expression regulation cascades, of which also both directly and
profoundly control and influence the results therapeutic methods
produce.
Essentially, it is both important to note and interesting to note
that we are but mere computer-like biological machines that can be
programmed in a very similar way to that of digital computers
– except that we utilise a chemical based programming language instead
of a mechanical switch based one.
So, in essence, what our Metabolic Amplification Platform technology
enables us to do is to program the 'data' involved with human
metabolic processes in much the same way as what a computer user can
program data in software, such as a spreadsheet, to perform its
required tasks and operations.
Now, with all of this in mind, it is also important to note that our
Metabolic Amplification Platform technology will also take the
emerging field of personalised medicine into a whole new level of
understanding and practice. |
