Technology Pipeline

We are currently looking into ways to fund each of our technologies as well as our related other products and services. As part of this, we are very open to securing industry partnerships and/or licensing arrangements with companies that fit well with our business units.

As with most startup companies, we are also in need of quality professionals to become part of our team.

The following outlines the various ways in which individuals and companies can potentially become involved in any or all of our projects and our business venture in general.

If you have thoroughly read through all of the information on this website and believe that our technologies and/or other related products and services are worth investing in and/or you are involved in a company that would be a good partner for us then we would love to hear from you.

Companies

We are seeking to partner with companies who feel that they can forge a mutually beneficial partnership with us to further develop and/or commercialise our technologies and other related products and services.

The only restrictive criteria we have are that we will give far greater attention to companies who can demonstrate specific areas of application that marry up well with our technologies and their applications. We will also favour companies that are able to demonstrate a strong management team with very strong and broad industry insights as well as very strong and broad industry and investor/funding connections.

Board Of Directors & Industry Professionals

We are actively seeking people who would be well suited for our board of directors and other similar leadership roles.

As such, we are currently seeking people with expertise in the following areas to join us in our venture:

Accounting
Business Administration
Research & Development
Law
Marketing & PR
Capital Raising
Strategic Planning
Technology Commercialisation

We are primarily requiring people who are capable of becoming members of the company board of directors, however, we will also consider anyone who is looking to gain employment with our company and that feels they can be of immediate and ongoing assistance in successfully moving our projects forward towards viable commercial outcomes.

Please be fully aware that these positions will not be paying positions until we have secured enough funding and/or enough of a revenue stream. However, please also be fully aware that we are very open to working with you on negotiating highly satisfactory compensation plans that will ensure you are well rewarded for your time and efforts once enough funding is secured and/or sufficient revenues are being generated.

Having said this all of this, the only restrictive criteria we have here is that you must be willing to work on a 'sweat equity' or other deferred payment type arrangement.

You must also be able to thoroughly demonstrate the ability to be of valuable assistance to a startup biotechnology company such as us.

Capital Raising & Other Relevant Business Consultants

We require a person or persons or an organisation who are able to help us in one or more of the following areas:

assessing, costing and documenting appropriate research and development plans;
developing a strategic IP and patent plan;
writing a business plan;
assessing and approaching appropriate potential industry partners;
assessing and approaching appropriate potential board members;
putting together relevant investor proposal documentation; and
raising capital for our technologies and other related products and services.

It should also be pointed out that an added bonus of being involved with our medical technologies so early is that you will be able to use this to promote yourself and/or your organisation as being fully versed in the new breakthroughs that will be the mainstay of the industry in the very near future. This will inevitably provide many future opportunities for you and/or your organisation.

Marketing & Public Relations (Both Online & Offline)

We require people with both online and offline marketing and PR expertise to help us devise and implement various forms of media and marketing strategies – not only to help promote our publications and technologies but to also get our preventative health message out to the world.

At present we would especially love to hear from anyone who can help us put together and distribute media releases and/or gain relevant media attention.

We are also especially looking for anyone who can help us put together and implement online marketing campaigns (including social media activities). We are also, of course, actively seeking Affiliates & Resellers for our publications and related products and services.

If you would be interested in exploring a potential arrangement with our company and one or more of our projects documentation outlining the relevant technological intellectual property and/or other pertinent information can be provided upon the signing of a confidentiality agreement.
