Intellectual Property ProtectionAt present we are in the process of registering trademarks for many of our product and service concepts as well as protecting other relevant intellectual property. All protectable intellectual property relative to our own products and services is currently owned solely by BC Biogenics Pty Ltd. Overview Of The OpportunityOur brand strategy is to build a global agglomerate that incorporates only the most trustworthy and highly effective preventative health products and services. This includes both in-house and third party products and services. The majority of our marketing is being, and will continue to be, conducted via various internet based platforms. All products and services will be promoted under the banners of BC Biogenics Pty Ltd and/or The Definitive Truth Series. Approximated CostsPrimary: In-house Product & Service development: $50,000 Marketing Activities (mostly for our own products and services): $100,000 Secondary: Marketing Activities (mostly for third party products and services): $50,000 Online Platform Development: $40,000 We are also open to collaborative/licensing arrangements with industry partners and others who would like to establish full scale operations in various geographical locations and/or various niche sectors relating to our various product and service concepts. Further Discussion & NegotiationWe are actively seeking industry partners and others to help us develop and implement our brand and its worldwide online presence. We are also open to discussion with industry partners and others to help us further develop and commercialise various niche products and services.
